The challenge

Property and portfolio teams were managing fragmented sustainability certificates and ESG data by hand. They needed a platform that could extract data from PDFs, validate certificates at scale and produce audit-ready reporting for EU Taxonomy, CSRD and related standards.

What we built

A Vue.js web platform with Python backends (Django, FastAPI), Celery workers, PostgreSQL, AI-powered PDF extraction (Tesseract + OpenAI), dashboards and reporting, plus HubSpot CRM integration for sustainability and real-estate teams.
