Who we are
SplineStudio is a software development company. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected]. This page is the data controller's privacy notice for visitors to splinestudio.com.
What data we collect
We collect the personal data you choose to send us, plus limited analytics data:
- Contact form data — your name, email address, company (optional), the message you write, and the budget/timeline/prototype options you select.
- Prototype claim form data — your name, preferred email address, company, country, and phone number if you provide one.
- Direct contact — if you email us or message us on LinkedIn or Telegram, we receive whatever you include in that message.
- Server/technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you.
- Analytics — if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects aggregated usage data (pages viewed, CTA and navigation interactions, form conversion signals without message content, approximate location, device/browser type). Analytics storage stays denied until you choose Accept or Reject on the consent banner.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising cookies for remarketing.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We use the data you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and communicate with you about it. Under the GDPR, our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the conversation and our legitimate business records, then delete it.
We use Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies (Consent Mode). You can reject analytics storage; rejected or pending choices keep analytics_storage denied. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
Third-party services
We rely on a small number of processors to run the site:
- Form delivery — contact-form and prototype-claim submissions are delivered to our team chat through Telegram’s Bot API, which processes the submitted fields only to deliver them to us.
- Hosting & CDN — our hosting/CDN provider serves the site and may process technical logs as described above.
- Fonts — we self-host the typefaces used on this site; we do not load fonts from Google Fonts.
- Google Analytics — when consented, Google processes analytics data under Google’s terms; see Google’s privacy policy for details.
Each processor handles data under its own terms and applicable data-protection law.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or a comparable jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, consistent with the security-focused engineering practices described on our compliance & security page.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
